   -Ingredients:

      Ek cup chickpeas, ek cup chopped veggies (tamatar, kheera, shimla mirch), ek quarter cup chopped pyaz, ek quarter cup chopped cilantro, 2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, namak aur pepper to taste.

     1 cup chickpeas, 1 cup chopped veggies (tomato, cucumber, bell pepper), ¼ cup chopped onion, ¼ cup chopped cilantro, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

   - Instructions:

      Chickpeas ko paani se dhoke, sabziyon ke saath mila lein. Olive oil aur lemon juice daal kar achhi tarah mix karein. Namak aur pepper se season karein.

     Rinse the chickpeas and mix with chopped veggies. Add olive oil and lemon juice, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

     4 oz chicken breast, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, namak aur pepper to taste.

     Chicken breast ko olive oil aur lemon juice se marinate karein. Namak aur pepper se season karen. 375°F par 20 minutes tak bake karein ya jab tak chicken fully cooked ho jaye.

     Marinate the chicken breast with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.

     4 oz fish (salmon ya tilapia), ek cup mixed veggies (asparagus, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato), 1 teaspoon olive oil, namak aur pepper to taste.

   Instructions:

     Mixed veggies ko olive oil, namak aur pepper se toss karein aur grill karein. Fish ko grill karne se pehle season karein. Fish ko veggies ke sath grill karein jab tak dono cooked ho jayein.

     Toss mixed veggies with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and grill them. Season the fish before grilling. Grill the fish with the veggies until both are cooked.


4. Lentil Soup with Whole Grain Bread

   -Instructions:

     Olive oil ko pan mein garam karein, phir onion, garlic, carrot, aur celery ko daal kar sauté karein. Lentils aur paani daal kar boil karein. 20-25 minutes tak pakne dein jab tak lentils soft ho jayein. Namak aur pepper se season karein. Whole grain bread ke saath serve karein.

     - Heat olive oil in a pan, then saute onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Add lentils and water, and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 20-25 minutes until lentils are soft. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with whole grain bread.

     - Mixed fruits ko Greek yogurt mein mila lein. Agar chahen to chopped nuts aur honey bhi daal sakte hain. Achhi tarah mix karein aur serve karein.
