 White Chanay ki Recipe(white chickpea curry 


Ingredients:

- 1 cup safed chanay

- 3/4 cup masoor daalyn 

- 1 tablespoon namak

- 1 tablespoon kashmiri mirch

- 1 tablespoon laal mirch

- 1 tablespoon haldi

- 1 tablespoon garam masala

- 1 tablespoon dhania powder

- 2 tomatoes ka paste

- 2 medium size pyaz (onions)

- 1/2 teaspoon meetha soda

- Hara dhania (garnish ke liye)

- 1 tablespoon lahsan (garlic)

- 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)


Method:

1. Preparation of Chanay:

   - Safed chanay ko meetha soda daal kar 3 ghante ke liye rakh dein.

   - Phir inhe achi tarah se boil kar lein.


2. Cooking the Gravy:

   - Ek bartaan mein ghee garam kar ke pyaz ko golden brown kar lein.

   - Sath hi lahsan ka adrak ka paste daal kar bhunain.

   - Masoor daal ko 3 ghante bhigo kar grind kar lein aur paste bana lein.


3. Combining Ingredients:

   - Tamatar ka paste daal kar masala ko achi tarah se bhunain.

   - Phir kashmiri mirch, laal mirch, haldi, garam masala, dhania powder, aur namak daal kar achi tarah se mila lein.

   - Iske baad masoor daal ka paste daal kar masala ko ghee chhorne tak pakain.

   - Uble hue safed chanay daal kar zarurat ke mutabiq paani daalain.

   - 10 minutes tak medium aanch par pakain.


4. Serving:

   - Hara dhania se garnish kar ke garam garam serve karein.
