 Ingredients:

- Methai ke liye:

  - 2 cup besan

  - 2 cup ghee

  - ½ teaspoon ilaichi powder


- Chashni ke liye:

  - 2 cup cheeni

  - Pani (cheeni ko ghulane ke liye)


- Optional:

  - Dry milk (1 chamach garnish ke liye)

  - Nuts (garnishing ke liye)



Instructions:



   -1 Ek bowl mein besan ko pani ke sath milakar batter tayar karein. Iski consistency na to bohat ghari honi chahiye aur na bohat patli.



   -2  Ek pan mein ghee ko garam karein jab tak yeh garam na ho jaye.



   3 Tayaar shuda batter ko piping bag (ya shopper) mein daal kar, corner se chhoti si hole kaat lein.

   - Garam ghee mein chhote balls squeeze karein. Jab yeh halka brown ho jayein, toh inhein pan se nikaal lein.



  4 - Alag dekchi mein cheeni ko pani mein ghulakar ubalain.

   - Jab yeh ek taar ki consistency par aajaye, toh ismein fried besan balls daal dain.



   -5 Chashni mein dry milk aur desi ghee dalyn

   - Isay thodi dair chashni mein bhigo kar, laddu ya square shapes mein shape de dain.

  - Dry milk (1 tablespoon for garnish)

  - Nuts (for garnishing)


Instructions:



   1  In a bowl, mix besan with water to create a batter. The consistency should be neither too thick nor too thin.



   - 2 In a pan, heat the ghee until it is hot.



   - 3 Pour the prepared batter into a piping bag (or a shopper) and cut a small hole at the corner.

   - Squeeze out small balls of the batter into the hot ghee. Fry until they turn light brown, then remove them from the pan.



   - 4 In a separate pot, dissolve the sugar in water and bring it to a boil.

   - Once it reaches a one-string consistency, add the fried besan balls into the syrup.



   -5 Add dry milk and desi ghee to the syrup for added richness.

   - Allow it to soak briefly in the syrup, then shape the mixture into squares or laddu shapes.



   -6  Garnish your Besan ki Methai with nuts for added flavor and presentation.
