Cheesy Sandwich Recipe


Ingredients:

- 2 slices of your favorite bread (white, wheat, sourdough, etc.)

- 2 slices of cheddar cheese (or your choice of cheese)

- 1 tablespoon of butter

- Optional: 

Tomato slices, spinach, or a pinch of herbs


Instructions:

1. Prepare the bread:

 Butter one side of each slice of bread. 

2. Assemble the sandwich:

Place the cheese slices between the un buttered sides of the bread. Add extras like tomatoes or herbs if you like.

3. Toast:

 Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich, buttered side down, on the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bread turns golden brown.

4. Flip: 

Turn the sandwich carefully and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is perfectly crispy.

5. Serve hot:  

 Slice in half and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
