Chicken Manchurian Recipe
Ingredients:
Marination:
- Chicken (500g) - cubed
- Cornflour (2 tbsp)
- Maida (2 tbsp)
- 1 anda (egg)
- Kali mirch (1/2 tsp)
- Namak (to taste)
- Oil (2 tbsp, marination ke liye)
For Frying:
- Oil (for frying, 1-2 cups ya zaroorat ke mutabiq)
For Cooking:
- Onion (1 medium) - chopped
- Capsicum (1 medium) - chopped
- Garlic (3-4 cloves) - minced
- Ginger (1 inch) - minced
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- Chilli sauce (1 tbsp)
- Tomato ketchup (2 tbsp)
- Sugar (1 tsp)
- 2 tomatoes - pureed
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Marination:
Chicken ko cornflour, maida, anda, kali mirch, namak, aur 2 tbsp oil se achi tarah mix karein. Isay 30 minutes tak marinate karne ke liye rakh dein.
2. Frying Chicken:
Ek kadai mein frying ke liye oil garam karein aur marinated chicken ko fry karein jab tak wo golden brown na ho jaye. Chicken ko nikaal kar aside rakhein.
3. Cooking Veggies:
Ek alag pan mein 2-3 tbsp oil garam karein. Usmein chopped onions, minced garlic, aur minced ginger daal kar sauté karein.
4. Adding Capsicum:
Capsicum daal kar kuch minutes tak fry karein jab tak wo thoda naram ho jaye.
5. Mixing Sauces:
Fried chicken ko pan mein daal kar soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, aur pureed tomatoes mix karein.
6. Cooking:
Thoda sa paani daal kar 5-7 minutes tak cook karein. Salt aur black pepper se seasoning karein.
7. Serving:
Chicken Manchurian ko garma garam serve karein.
Serving Suggestion:
Ye Chicken Manchurian fried rice ya noodles ke saath serve karein.
