Fry Fish Recipe


Ingredients:

- Fish: 1 kg

- Oil: Half kg (for frying)

- Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon

- Salt: 1 teaspoon (for marination)

- Carom seeds (Ajwain): 3/4 teaspoon

- Crushed cumin: 1 tablespoon

- Dry coriander powder: 1 tablespoon

- Yogurt: 1/2 cup

- Egg: 1

- Garlic ginger paste: 1 tablespoon

- Vinegar: 4 tablespoons

- Salt: 4 tablespoons (for washing)

- Breadcrumbs: as required (for coating)


Method:


1. Washing the Fish:

   - Pehle, fish ko 4 chamach namak aur sirka (vinegar) laga kar 15 minutes ke liye rakh dein.

   - Phir, ache tareeke se paani se wash karlein taa ke sari badboo door ho jaye.


2. Marination:

   - Wash ki hui fish par namak, laal mirch powder, ajwain, kutta zeera, aur khushk dhania powder laga dein.

   - Phir, dahi, anda aur lahsan adrak ka paste mila kar ache se fish par laga dein.

   - Marinated fish ko 30 minutes ke liye chhod dein taa ke masala ache se absorb ho jaye.


3. Breadcrumbs Coating:

   - Marinated fish ko breadcrumbs mein achi tarah se coat kar lein taa ke har piece par uniform coating ho.


4. Frying:

   - Kadhai mein tel garam karein aur breadcrumb-coated fish ko golden brown hone tak fry karen.

   - Aapki crispy fry fish tayyar hai! Serve karein aur maze se khaye. Ketchup or dahi k Sath serve kr skty hain.
