Fry Chicken Recipe

Ajza:
- 1 kg boneless chicken (chhoti pieces main kat lijiye)
- 1 tablespoon adrak lehsan ka paste
- 1 teaspoon zeera powder
- 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
- 1/2 teaspoon laal mirch powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon namak
- 1/4 teaspoon kaali mirch
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 tablespoons chawal ka aata
- 1 anda
- Tel talnay ke liye
Tayari ka tareeqa:
1. Aik bowl main adrak lehsan paste, zeera, dhaniya, laal mirch, garam masala, namak aur kaali mirch ko mix karain.
2. Chicken ke pieces dal kar ache se mix karain.
3. Bowl ko dhak kar 30 minutes ke liye fridge main rakh dein.
4. Doosray bowl main cornflour, chawal ka aata aur anda mix karain.
5. Marinated chicken ko flour mixture main dip karain aur ache se coat karain.
6. Deep frying pan main tel garam karain.
7. Chicken ko 5-7 minutes tak golden brown hone tak fry karain.
8. Extra tel absorb karne ke liye paper towel par rakh dein.safaid til k Sath garnish kryn.
9. Garma garam serve karain.
Tips:
- Behtareen results ke liye taaza chicken use karain.
- Mirch masala apni pasand ke mutabiq
adjust karain.
- Chicken ko overcook na karain.
