Green Chutney Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup green chilies
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine cilantro, mint, green chilies, onion, garlic, and ginger paste.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add lemon juice, honey, salt, and water.
4. Blend until well combined.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
6. Transfer to a serving bowl.
7. Garnish with cilantro or mint leaves, if desired.
Variations:
- Add 1-2 tablespoons yogurt for a creamy texture.
- Use less green chilies for a milder flavor.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala for extra flavor.
