Gulab jaman





Gulab Jamun Recipe:


Gulab jamun ek mashhoor desi mithai hai jo khas tor par festivals aur shadiyon par pasand ki jati hai. Is gulab jamun recipe ko asan tarike se ghar par banaya ja sakta hai. Ye gulab jamun khoya aur chand ingredients ka istemal karke bante hain, jo mithaiyon ke shaukeen logon ke liye ek lazeez treat hai. Yeh recipe aapko perfect, naram aur mithay gulab jamun banane mein madad karegi.


Ingredients:

- 1 cup khoya (mawa)

- 2 tablespoon maida (all-purpose flour)

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 2 tablespoon doodh (milk)

- 1/4 teaspoon ilaichi powder (cardamom powder)

- 1 cup cheeni (sugar)

- 1 cup pani (water)

- Desi ghee ya oil talne ke liye


Tayari ka tareeqa:

1. Cheeni aur pani ko ek patili mein daal kar 5-7 minute tak paka kar sheera tayar kar lein. Sheera ko thanda hone dein.

2. Khoya, maida, baking powder aur ilaichi powder ko achi tarah mila kar naram dough bana lein. Zarurat parne par doodh ka istemal karein.

3. Chhoti chhoti goliyan banayein aur ghee mein halka golden hone tak deep fry karein.

4. Gulab jamun ko thanday sheere mein 2-3 ghante ke liye dal dein taake wo ache se sheera choos lein.

5. Serve karein aur mazay se khaein!
