 Ingredients:

1. 2 kg milk

2. 2 rusks

3. 1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

4. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

5. 2 tablespoons almond powder


Instructions:


1. Pour the milk into a pot and start heating it on medium flame.

2. Add the almond powder and cardamom powder to the milk.

3. Stir continuously, and once the milk begins to boil, crush the rusks and add them to the milk.

4. Keep stirring the mixture as it thickens.

5. Once the milk has reduced and thickened, remove it from the stove.

6. Allow the kulfa to cool slightly, then pour it into a container. Cover the top with butter paper and refrigerate for 6 hours and also garnish with some dry fruits.

7. After 6 hours, serve your chilled, delicious homemade kulfa!

Ingredients:

Instructions:


1. Ek bartan mein doodh dal kar darmiyani aanch par pakana shuru karein.

2. Doodh mein badam aur sabz ilaichi ka powder shamil kar dein.

3. Chamach hilate rahein, aur jab doodh mein boil aajaye, toh rusk ko crush kar ke doodh mein daal dein.

4. Doodh ko pakate rahein jab tak yeh ghara ho jaye.

5. Jab doodh ghara ho jaye toh stove band kar dein aur bartan utaar lein.

6. Kulfa ko thanda kar ke kisi airtight bartan mein daal dein, aur upar se butter paper laga kar 6 ghanton ke liye fridge mein rakh dein.

7. 6 ghanton baad thanda thanda desi dessert serve karein.
