Ingredients:
- 1 cup imli (tamarind)
- 1/2 cup cheeni (sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon namak (salt)
- 1 teaspoon laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon bhuna zeera (roasted cumin)
- 2 cups pani (water)
Tayari ka tareeqa:
1. Imli ko 1 ghanta pani mein bhigo dein, phir uska paste bana lein.
2. Ek pan mein imli ka paste, pani, cheeni, namak, laal mirch aur bhuna zeera dal kar achi tarah se mix karein.
3. Chutney ko halki aanch par 10-15 minute tak pakaein jab tak wo gaari ho jaye.
4. Thanda hone par chutney ko store karein.

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin
- 2 cups water
Instructions:
1. Soak tamarind in water for 1 hour and then make its paste.
2. In a pan, add tamarind paste, water, sugar, salt, red chili powder, and roasted cumin. Mix well.
3. Cook the chutney on low heat for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
4. Let it cool and store the chutney.
