Mango kulfi recipe

 Mango Kulfi Recipe


Ingredients:


- 2 ripe mangoes, pureed

- 1 liter full-fat milk

- 1/2 cup cream

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

- 1/4 teaspoon saffron (optional)

- A pinch of salt


Method:


1. In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, sugar, cardamom, and saffron (if using).

2. Heat the mixture until the sugar dissolves.

3. Allow the mixture to cool.

4. Add the mango puree and mix well.

5. Pour into kulfi molds or popsicle sticks.

6. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.

7. Serve chilled.


Tips:


- Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor.

- Adjust the sugar according to your taste.

- You can add chopped nuts or dried fruits (optional).

- Try other flavors like pistachio or rosewater.


Variations:


-Chocolate Mango Kulfi

 Add cocoa powder or chocolate chips.

-Pista Mango Kulfi


Add pistachio essence or  chopped pistachios.

Ajza:


- 2 pakay hue aam, puree kiye hue

- 1 liter full-fat doodh

- 1/2 cup cream

- 1/2 cup cheeni

- 1/4 teaspoon elaichi powder

- 1/4 teaspoon zafran (optional)

- Chutki namak


Tarika:


1. Ek saucepan mein doodh, cream, cheeni, elaichi aur zafran (agar istemal kar rahe hain) milayein.

2. Doodh ko itna garam karein ke cheeni ghul jaye.

3. Mixture ko thanda hone de.

4. Aam ka puree daalein aur achi tarah mix karein.

5. Kulfi molds ya popsicle sticks mein daalein.

6. 6-8 ghante ya raat bhar ke liye freeze karein.

7. Thandi serve kryn


Tips:


- Pakay hue, mithay aam istemal karein.

- Cheeni ka miqdar apne zaiqe ke mutabiq adjust karein.

- Chopped nuts ya dried fruit add kar sakte hain (optional).

- Dusre flavors jaise pistachio ya rosewater bhi try kar sakte hain.


Variations:


-Chocolate Mango Kulfi:

Cocoa powder ya chocolate chips daalein.

Pista Mango Kulfi:

Pista essence ya chopped pistachios daalein.
