Orange Jam Recipe

(Orange Jam, Homemade Jam, Orange Marmalade)

- 1 cup orange pulp (2-3 orange ke segments)

- 1 cup cheeni

- 1/2 cup pani

- 1 tablespoon lemon ka ras

- 1/4 teaspoon elaichi powder (optional)

- 1/4 teaspoon dalchini powder (optional)


Banane ka Tarika:


1. Orange Pulp Blend Karein:

Orange pulp ko blender mein blend karein jab tak smooth na ho jaye.

2. Mix Ingredients:

 Ek bade pot mein orange mixture, cheeni, pani, lemon ka ras, elaichi powder, aur dalchini powder daal kar mix karein.

3. Sugar Dissolve Karein:

Medium heat par is mixture ko cook karein aur kabhi kabhi stir karein jab tak sugar bilkul dissolve ho jaye (lagbhag 5-7 minute).

4. Boil Karein:

Heat ko high karein aur jam ko boil karein.

5. Dhami aanch  Karein:

Heat ko medium-low karein aur 15-20 minute tak dhami aanch karein jab tak jam thoda thick ho jaye.

6. Thanda Hone Dein

 Jam ko thanda hone dein, phir airtight jar mein store karein.


Tips:


- Agar aapko jam zyada thick chahiye toh pani ki quantity ko kam karein.

- Elaichi aur dalchini powder ko aap apni pasand ke mutabiq adjust kar sakte hain ya chhod bhi sakte hain.

  - Cooking: 20-25 minutes

- 1 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup water

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)

- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional)


Instructions:


1. Blend the Orange Pulp:

Blend the orange pulp in a blender until smooth.

2. Mix Ingredients:

 In a large pot, combine the orange mixture, sugar, water, lemon juice, cardamom powder, and cinnamon powder.

3. Dissolve Sugar:

Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves completely (about 5-7 minutes).

4. Bring to a Boil:

Increase the heat to high and bring the mixture to a boil.

5. Simmer:

Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the jam thickens.

6. Cool:

Let the jam cool down before storing it in an airtight jar.


Tips:


- Adjust the sugar based on the size and sweetness of the oranges.

- If you prefer a thicker jam, reduce the amount of water.

- Cardamom and cinnamon powders are optional, for a spiced flavor.
