Ingredients:

- 1 kg chicken

- 1/2 cup tomato puree

- 1 cup blended onions (water squeezed out)

- 1 tablespoon salt

- 1 tablespoon red chili powder

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 tablespoon coriander powder

- 1 tablespoon ground cumin

- 1 tablespoon garam masala

- 1 tablespoon garlic paste

- 1 tablespoon ginger paste

- 2 large cardamom 

- 2 small cardamom 

- 1/2 cup ghee


Method:

1. Chicken Preparation:

Chicken ko achi tarah saaf kar lein aur tamaam masalay daal kar marinate kar lein. Blended onions ka pani achi tarah nikaal kar chicken mein daal dein.

   

2. Marination:

Tomato puree, lahsan, adrak aur masalay bhi add kar ke chicken ko marinate kar ke 2 hours tak dhaank kar rakh dein. Ye step flavor enhance karne mein madadgar hai.


3. Cooking:

 Ek karahi mein ghee garam kar ke chicken aur thoda sa pani (3/4 cup) daal dein. Chicken ko halki aanch par takreeban 25 minutes tak pakayen, jab tak gravy thick aur chicken tender na ho jaye.


4. Final Touch:

Chicken curry ko thori der ke liye dam par chhod dein aur phir serve kar dein.
