Easy and quick club sandwich, Greek yogurt and fresh cream


"Club sandwiches toh aap ne bahut dafa khaye honge, lekin yeh recipe thodi munfarid hai! Isme yogurt aur fresh cream ka combination hai jo isse na sirf creamy banata hai, balki healthy bhi. Mazedaar grated sabziyon ka touch aur butter-toast ki hui bread ke saath, ye sandwich bachon ke liye ek perfect snack ya lunch idea hai. Isko banane mein sirf kuch hi minutes lagte hain, aur ye sandwich har bite mein soft aur flavorful lagta hai. Aap isse zaroor try karein aur apne bachon ko ek naya taste experience karayein!"


Ingredients:

- 4 slices bread

- 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt  

  (Greek yogurt banane ke liye, dahi ko malmal ke kapray mein daal kar nikaal lein, aur jo dahi bache wo Greek yogurt hai)

- 4 tablespoons fresh cream

- 3 tablespoons grated carrots

- 1 grated potato

- 1 tablespoon grated cucumber

- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Butter, as needed

 1 tablespoon bandghoobi

 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Mixture: 

Ek bowl mein Greek yogurt, fresh cream, grated carrots, grated potato, aur grated cucumber daal kar acche se mix kar lein. Salt aur black pepper hasb-e-zaiqa add kar lein.

   

2. Prepare the Bread: 

Bread ke slices ko halka sa toast kar lein. Phir har slice par thoda butter laga lein.


3. Assemble the Sandwich: 

Ab bread slices par prepared mixture ko evenly spread karein. Bread ko sandwich shape mein cut kar lein.


4. Serve:
