Ingredients


- 1 cup ubla hua red bean  

- 1/2 cup chopped pyaz

- 1/2 cup chopped kheera

- 1/4 cup chopped dhaniya

- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

- 2 tbsp dahi

- 1 tsp chaat masala

- 1 tsp lemon juice

- Namak, swaad anusar

- 1/4 tsp kali mirch

- 1/4 cup sev (fried gram flour noodles) ya papad (optional)


Instructions:


Ingredients tayyar karo

1. Pyaz, kheera, aur dhaniya chop karo.

2. Rajai ka lobiya ubalo (ubalne ki hidayat upar dekhein).


Chaat mix karo

1. Aik baree katori mein ubla hua red bean, pyaz, kheera, aur dhaniya daal do.

2. Is mein tomato ketchup, dahi, chaat masala, lemon juice, namak, aur kali mirch daal kar achi tarah milao.


Chill karo aur serve karo

1. Mixture ko refrigerator mein 10-15 minutes ke liye chill karo.

2. Serve karne se pehle sev ya papad se garnish karo (agar istemal kar rahe ho).

3. Thanda serve karo.

Tips aur Variations:

- Mazeed maza ke liye diced tamatar ya bell pepper daal sakti ho.

- Creamier dahi ke liye Greek yogurt istemal karo.

- Chaat masala apne swaad ke mutabiq adjust karo.

- Crispy papad ya crackers ke sath serve karo.

- Mukhtalif masalon ka istemal karne ki koshish karo, jese jeera ya dhaniya.
