 Pakistani Style Meatballs (Kofte) Recipe



Is asan recipe ke zariye Pakistani style meatballs (kofte) banana seekhein. Yeh behtareen masalon ke saath aur mazedaar gravy mein serve kiye jaate hain, roti ya chawal ke saath khaane ke liye perfect hain.

 Ingredients:

- Kofte ke liye:

  - 500 g keemay ka gosht (beef, mutton ya chicken)  

  - 1 beech ka piyaz (bareek kata hua)  

  - 2-3 haree mirch (bareek kati hui)  

  - 1/2 cup taaza kothmir (bareek kata hua)  

  - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs   

  - 1 anda  

  - 1 tsp adrak-lehsan ka paste  

  - 1 tsp lal mirch powder  

  - 1/2 tsp haldi powder  

  - 1 tsp garam masala  

  - Namak hasby zarorat 

  - Oil(fry ke liye)  


- Gravy ke liye:

  - 2 tbsp oil 

  - 1 piyaz (bareek kata hua)  

  - 2-3 tamatar (blended ya bareek kattay huy)  

  - 1 tsp adrak-lehsan ka paste  

  - 1 tsp lal mirch powder  

  - 1/2 tsp haldi powder  

  - 1 tsp garam masala  

  - Namak  hasby  zarorat 

-3/4 cup dahi

  - Taaza dhania garnish ke liye  



 Instructions:


1. Kofte ki tayyari:

   - Ek bade mixing bowl mein keema, chopped piyaz, haree mirch, taaza kothmir, breadcrumbs, anda, adrak-lehsan ka paste, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, garam masala, aur namak daal kar ache se mix karein.

   - Is mixture se chote chote gol kofte bana lein.

2. Kofte fry karna:

Frying meatballs


   - Ek frying pan mein tel garam karein. Jab tel garam ho jaye, to kofte daal kar golden brown hone tak fry karein.

   - Kofte ko nikaal kar ek side rakhein.


3. Gravy tayyar karna:

   - Same pan mein thoda aur tel daal kar chopped piyaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhunain.

   - Ab adrak-lehsan ka paste daal kar kuch seconds bhunain, phir blended ya chopped tamatar daal kar ache se mix karein.

   - Is mixture mein lal mirch powder,dahi, haldi powder, garam masala, aur namak daal kar achi tarah bhunain jab tak tel alag na ho jaye.


4. Kofte daalna:

   - Jab gravy tayar ho jaye, to ismein fry kiye huye kofte daal kar thoda paani daal dein (agar zaroorat ho to).

   - Kofte ko gravy mein 20 minutes ke liye sim flame par pakne dein taake woh masala ko achi tarah soak kar lein.


5. Garnish aur serve karna:

   - Garam masala aur taaza kothmir se garnish karein.
